About the Company

Kilbride Classic Cuisine operates in the food production and supply sector, providing high-quality food products to the hospitality and retail industry.
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of food products.
Oversee stock control and ensure accurate inventory management.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries in line with production and supply requirements.
Maintain proper storage conditions for food products, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Supervise warehouse organisation, workflow, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HACCP and warehouse safety procedures).
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse documentation.
Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and operations.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics/warehouse role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control systems.
Experience in food or FMCG warehouse environment is an advantage.
Good leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Must be available to work 39 hours per week.
