Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile and skilled Plumber to join our team. This role is unique: you will handle high-quality installations for our residential/commercial projects, but you will also serve as our go-to expert for ongoing maintenance and preventative care. We need someone who can build a system from scratch and keep it running for years to come. Key Responsibilities: Installation: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures. Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn-out components before they fail. Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex leaks, clogs, and pressure issues in existing commercial and residential buildings. Documentation: Keep clear records of maintenance logs and parts replaced. Requirements: Certification: Valid Plumbing License/Journeyman card preferred. Experience: 2+ years in the field (Mix of New Construction and Service/Maintenance highly valued). Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Adaptability: Comfortable switching between a dusty construction site and a finished, professional environment for maintenance calls. Tools: Must have a basic set of personal hand tools. Apply Now: Please apply with your CV and a short introduction of your background and experience. We’d love to hear about a time you solved a difficult maintenance issue!
