Employer: Urban Pizza Indian & Fast Food Cuisine
Location: Edenderry, Co. Offaly
Salary: €37,000 – €39,000 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)

About the Role

Urban Pizza Indian & Fast Food Cuisine is expanding its menu to include authentic Nepalese dishes alongside our established Indian and fast-food offerings. We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie who is passionate about South Asian cuisine and eager to play a key role in this exciting new phase of our kitchen.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing business, work closely with the Head Chef, and help introduce customers to traditional Nepalese flavours.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a designated section during prep and service, ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Prepare and present high-quality dishes across both existing and new menu items
Contribute to the development and introduction of Nepalese-inspired dishes
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all plates
Support and guide junior kitchen staff in day-to-day tasks
Ensure full compliance with food safety and HACCP standards

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen
Experience with South Asian cuisine (Nepalese experience is essential)
Good knowledge of spices, flavour profiles, and traditional cooking techniques
Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
Proficiency in English for kitchen communication and safety
