We are seeking a motivated and reliable Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their culinary skills in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of food in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Prepare ingredients including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with HACCP requirements.
Ensure proper storage and rotation of food stock.
Keep workstations clean, organised, and sanitised at all times.
Support senior chefs during service and assist with kitchen operations.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as required

Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen practices.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
