If this role sounds like you, please do get in touch… Your Job Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality. To ensure and check that all duties within the accommodation operation, including laundry and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property are maintained to the highest standards. Delegate room assignments to accommodation and housekeeping staff. Develop employees to prepare them for advancement in their careers. Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures. Oversee the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel to ensure we deliver on our guest promises. Collaborate with the Maintenance department to maintain consistently high hotel standards. You will be responsible for all relationships with suppliers You will be expected to maintain a regular presence throughout the hotel. What You Will Need At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at an assistant manager /senior supervisory level. Excellent organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed . Flexibility in shifts Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.
