Aureol Global Connections is hiring Site Managers on behalf of Kdm Construction Limited t/a Kdm Engineering Group, The Crescent, Boyle, Roscommon F52 X627. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, supervising and coordinating all trades and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme schedules. Duties include planning and organising site activities to meet deadlines, monitoring quality standards, conducting site inspections, and resolving issues as they arise. The role also involves enforcing health and safety regulations, carrying out inductions and toolbox talks, managing site logistics, liaising with clients and consultants, maintaining accurate site records, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within specification, and to a high standard from start to handover.
