Aureol Global Connections is hiring Architects on behalf of Kdm Construction Limited t/a Kdm Engineering Group, The Crescent, Boyle, Roscommon F52 X627. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans for housing estates, including site layouts and individual residential units, ensuring all designs comply with Irish Building Regulations (Parts A–M), planning guidelines, and statutory requirements. Duties include preparing and submitting planning applications with drawings and supporting documentation, acting as Design Certifier and/or Assigned Certifier under BCAR where required, and managing compliance documentation through the BCMS system. The role also involves coordinating with engineers and consultants, producing detailed construction drawings and specifications, carrying out site inspections, liaising with local authorities, and ensuring design intent, quality, and regulatory compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
