Aureol Global Connections is hiring Scaffolders on behalf of Kdm Construction Limited t/a Kdm Engineering Groupd, The Crescent, Boyle, Roscommon F52 X627. The ideal candidate will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems to support safe and efficient construction work. Duties include reading and interpreting drawings and method statements, setting out scaffold structures to site and safety requirements, and installing standards, ledgers, transoms, and bracing to ensure stability. The role also involves fitting working platforms, guardrails, toe boards, and access points, adapting scaffolding as construction progresses, and ensuring all structures are level, secure, and compliant with regulations. Candidates must carry out inspections, report defects, work closely with other trades, follow strict health and safety procedures including working at height, and maintain a clean and safe site at all times.
