Aureol Global Connections is hiring Roofers on behalf of Kdm Construction Limited t/a Kdm Engineering Group, The Crescent, Boyle, Roscommon F52 X627. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing roof coverings using tiles and natural or man-made slates, ensuring correct alignment, gauge, and lap. Duties include laying and securing tiles or slates for full weatherproofing, installing ridge tiles, hips, valleys, and verge systems, and fitting leadwork, flashings, and soakers to prevent water ingress. The role also involves installing roof penetrations such as vents and flues, fitting Velux windows including cutting openings and installing flashings and insulation collars, and carrying out roof repairs and maintenance. Candidates must work from drawings and site instructions, ensure all work is watertight and compliant with building regulations, work safely at height using proper access equipment, and maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and workmanship at all times.
