Job Title: Playgroup Leader Company Name: Camrock Holdings LTD Work Location: Rodd & Co, 8 Camden Row, Dublin 8 Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Playgroup Leader to deliver and facilitate play opportunities for children in a safe and stimulating environment. The role involves supporting pre-school children in both structured and informal settings, promoting independence, confidence and social interaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise children’s games and encourage the development of physical, social and language skills; Provide play areas and prepare materials for a wide range of children’s activities; Encourage children’s independence, self-confidence and social interaction; Organise and supervise children on excursions; Organise and supervise activities in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, responding appropriately to injuries and emergencies; Put away equipment and clean premises after use; Liaise with parents, carers and colleagues, maintaining appropriate records. Requirements 1–2 years’ experience in early childhood education or recreation roles is desirable; Strong leadership and organisational skills in managing groups of children; Passion for working with children, excellent communication and a positive attitude Annual Salary: €36.605 Hours per Week: 39 hours Start Date: 22/06/2026 Company Contact: info@ivylane.ie
