Ray of Sunshine is an Irish company that operates Early Childcare and Afterschool centres located in Wicklow and Arklow.

We are looking for Spanish professionals with qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education who are ready to start a new adventure on the Emerald Isle, improve their English skills, and experience a new culture.

Requirements:
Qualification: Higher Degree in Early Childhood Education (Level 6 equivalent) or University Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education (Level 8 equivalent).
Minimum English level: B1.
Teamwork skills, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
All ages are welcome.

We offer:
Salary: From €15 per hour, with progressive salary increases within the company.
Working hours: 35–40 hours per week (Full-time).
Contract: 1-year contract with a 6-month probation period and the possibility of extension.
Holidays: 21 paid days per year + Irish bank holidays + 8 days off at Christmas (centres closed during this period, unpaid leave).
Accommodation option: Shared houses located near our centres, rented by the company exclusively for RoS employees. Living here means sharing with other staff members in a friendly environment. The company contributes part of the total rent to help employees with living costs.
