TWO PUPS COFFEE LIMITED, located at 74 Francis Street, Dublin 8, D08KA43, is currently seeking a Commis Chef to join the team. The responsibilities include: • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes. • Prepare ingredients, including vegetables and meats, to a high standard • Ensure consistency and presentation of all dishes meets company standards • Support the Head Chef and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team • Receive and organise deliveries, ensuring proper storage procedures • Assist with stock control and rotation • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations • Adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety regulations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Salary: €36,605 per annum 39h per week Location: 74 Francis Street, Dublin 8, D08KA43
