To assist the maintenance team in specific areas outlined below with particular emphasis on all, process improvements, health and safety, quality control and optimisation.

Maintenance and repair of all plant and equipment on site.
Learn the operation and requirements of all plant to be able to understand and resolve production issues.
Assist in the setup and operation of preventative maintenance program for all machines. 
Work with Electro-Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
Fabricate, assemble, and fit metal components using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Weld components using different welding techniques. 
Work with automated control system.
Work on heavy-duty, industry specific, mechanical equipment.
Maintain and (where possible) improve mechanical services through-out the site.
Record job requests and job completion.
Comply with good maintenance practices and safety standards.
Be self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative. 
Work with the existing Maintenance Team.
Demonstrate good communication skills.

This position is an evening shift role, starting at €18.50 per hour plus a 20% Shift Allowance.
