1. Purpose of the Role
The Contract Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end coordination of warehouse and logistics operations within the Kuehne+Nagel facility. This includes inventory oversight, order processing, customer service, reporting, and compliance activities.

The role ensures operational efficiency, high service standards, and strong customer relationships, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with agreed KPIs and regulatory requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
Ensure accurate system processing within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory, orders, and shipments.
Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Monitor stock movements and collaborate with operational teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is complete and accurate prior to dispatch.
Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and accurate updates.
Prepare operational and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Support KPI tracking across warehouse operations, including service levels, accuracy, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) where applicable.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
