Cpl Healthcare, in collaboration with a well-known group of private nursing homes and clinics in Ireland, is offering an excellent full-time opportunity for Healthcare Assistants with a European passport across multiple locations in Ireland.

Role Responsibilities (Healthcare Assistant):
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of residents, working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide person-centred care and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Assistance with mobility and emotional support
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health
Maintaining accurate records and a safe environment

Requirements

EU NATIONALITY/EUROPEAN PASSPORT
(50/50 Rule: Irish regulations require that at least 50% of staff in nursing homes are EU citizens)
Nursing Assistant / TCAE qualification or professional experience in the sector
Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work as part of a team
