Cavan, H12 Y6E4 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: € 48,000 per annum (€923.08 per week / €23.668 per hour) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help lead the creation of exceptional dining experiences. Senior Sous Chef willl work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality, and inspire a team of chefs. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in menu development and execution Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen hygiene standards Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations How to Apply Please apply via Jobsireland with your CV.
