The Mobile Supervisor is responsible for overseeing night-time security operations across multiple client sites, including alarm response, keyholding, mobile patrols, and supervision of static security officers. Operating within an integrated security framework, the role ensures seamless coordination between personnel, systems, and response protocols.  The successful candidate will act as the senior operational presence during night shifts, maintaining service quality, responding to incidents, and ensuring that all security activities align with company procedures, client expectations, and PSA regulations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Duties
•	Conduct mobile patrols of client sites in accordance with agreed schedules and assignment instructions. 
•	Respond promptly and effectively to alarm activations, including lock/unlock duties and incident assessment. 
•	Provide professional keyholding services, ensuring secure access and site integrity at all times. 
Supervision and Team Management
•	Supervise, mentor, and support static security guards during night shifts. 
•	Monitor performance standards and address any deficiencies in line with company procedures. 
•	Deliver on-the-job coaching and ensure guards are fully briefed and compliant with site requirements. 
Incident Management and Escalation
•	Respond to incidents including security breaches, emergencies, and health & safety issues. 
•	Assess situations quickly and implement appropriate actions in line with training and SOPs. 
•	Escalate incidents through the chain of command (Senior Supervisor → Operations Manager/Duty Manager) as required. 
•	Liaise with An Garda Síochána, fire services, ambulance services, or other emergency responders when necessary. 
Client Engagement
•	Act as the primary point of contact for clients during night shifts. 
•	Provide updates, reassurance, and professional communication during incidents or service interactions. 
•	Maintain positive client relationships through reliability and service excellence. 
Reporting and Documentation
•	Complete detailed occurrence reports for all incidents, patrols, and interventions. 
•	Maintain accurate shift logs, patrol records, and electronic reporting systems. 
•	Ensure all documentation meets company standards and may withstand audit or legal scrutiny. 
Compliance and Standards
•	Ensure full compliance with PSA licensing requirements and regulations. 
•	Adhere strictly to assignment instructions, company SOPs, and health & safety policies. 
•	Support and contribute to the ongoing development of integrated security solutions across client sites.
