VR Property Management Limited requires a Painter for its operations across Dublin.

This is a full-time permanent role for 39 hours per week at a salary of €46,644 per annum (€23.00 per hour). Salary may be higher depending on experience and will increase proportionately where additional hours are required.

We are now recruiting for a permanent full-time Painter.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to carry out interior and exterior painting and finishing works across a range of residential and commercial properties. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying protective coatings and decorative finishes, and ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard. The successful candidate will be required to work on multiple sites, follow technical instructions, and maintain strict adherence to health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities: 
1.	Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling and priming walls, ceilings, woodwork, and metal surfaces.
2.	Apply paints, varnishes, stains, enamels and protective coatings using appropriate tools and techniques.
3.	Mix and match paints and finishes to required specifications.
4.	Fill cracks, holes and joints using plaster, putty, caulking or other materials.
5.	Protect adjacent surfaces and furnishings using coverings and masking materials.
6.	Erect and work safely from ladders, scaffolding and access equipment where required.
7.	Remove and refit fixtures, fittings and hardware before and after painting works.
8.	Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with specifications.
9.	Maintain painting tools, equipment and materials in good condition.
10.	Comply with all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
