Treasure Tots Nursery, established in 1999, is a project dedicated to providing a high quality preschool care and education service in the Ballyfermot area.  We are a community based business and a registered charity.  We cater for 61  children from 1 year up to 6 years in a caring and nurturing environment.     

The nursery now wishes to recruit a Community Employment Supervisor to join our busy team to support 18 participants to develop their personal, and work related skills and assist them on their pathway to achieving a QQI full major award in childcare. 
Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee the delivery of work experience and training programmes  
 Provide day-to-day supervision of staff on-site  
 Support staff in developing their skills, qualifications, and confidence  
 Monitor and report on staff progress to the Sponsoring Committee  
 Manage personnel, financial, and material resources in line with CE Scheme guidelines  
 Ensure compliance with health and safety, training standards, and DSP requirements

Skills and Experience Required:
 Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills  
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment  
 Energetic and proactive attitude, with a passion for supporting others  
 Experience in supervising staff and/or working with community programmes  
 A background in warehousing, operations, or training is desirable but not essential

Eligibility:
This position is funded through the Department of Social Protection’s CE Scheme. Eligible candidates must have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
