About the Role: Manguard Plus is seeking an experienced and capable Security Operations & IT supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations at a critical national infrastructure site in Dublin. This is a supervisory and people management role requiring strong leadership, operational coordination, and reporting skills. The successful candidate will lead an on-site security team, act as the primary point of escalation, and ensure operational continuity and compliance at all times. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and coordinate the on-site security team on a day-to-day basis Manage shift scheduling, team deployment, and workforce planning to ensure adequate site coverage Act as the primary point of escalation for incidents, ensuring swift resolution and operational continuity Maintain accurate operational reports, logs, and compliance documentation in line with client and regulatory requirements Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with team members Liaise with the client site management team to understand operational needs and communicate updates Support onboarding, and induction processes for new team members Monitor and enforce health, safety, and security protocols across the site Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements to management Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security, operations, or facilities management environment Demonstrated experience in team leadership or supervisory roles Strong people management skills including scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to produce accurate operational reports and maintain compliance records Valid PSA licence (or willingness to obtain) Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable: Experience working at a critical infrastructure or corporate campus site Familiarity with HR systems, rostering software, or incident management tools Third-level qualification in security management, business, or a related discipline What We Offer: Competitive salary of €37,000 per annum Stable, long-term position with an established national security provider Opportunities for career development and progression into senior operations roles Supportive management structure and collaborative working environment How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your supervisory experience and suitability for this role to: recruitment@manguardplus.com
