Chef de Partie required for a busy restaurant, responsible for preparation and cooking of authentic Asian/Chinese cuisine.

Duties include preparing high-quality dishes, managing a kitchen section, maintaining food safety standards, and working as part of a professional kitchen team.

Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and knowledge of Asian cuisine.

Salary: €36,605 per annum  
Working hours: 39 hours per week
