Chef de Partie – responsible for Asian dishes
Hui Xin Limited is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at our Dublin 2 location.
Duties:
 Prepare and cook high-quality Asian dishes
 Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation
 Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
 Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
 Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
 Knowledge of Asian/Chinese cuisine
 Ability to work under pressure
 Good teamwork and communication skills
Salary: €34,000 per annum  
Hours: 39 hours per week  
Location: 26 Westmoreland Street, Dublin 2
