Zenith Health Limited provide services for both children and adults with an intellectual/learning disability and autism. The company requires a Social Care Worker to join the team in Co. Louth. The ideal candidate must have the relevant qualifications or work experience. The hourly rate is €17 and the working hours is 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
 Work collaboratively with all staff to enhance the well-being and daily lives of residents.
 Support the Person in Charge in maintaining high-quality care and compliance with HIQA standards.
 Provide a safe, secure, and homely environment that promotes resident independence and dignity.
 Encourage and assist residents to participate in community, educational, and leisure activities.
 Empower residents to make choices and pursue fulfilling lifestyles that reflect their individual goals and potential.
