Job Title: Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie required for a busy restaurant, responsible for the preparation and cooking of authentic Chinese cuisine.

Duties include preparing high-quality dishes, managing a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and working as part of a professional kitchen team.

Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and knowledge of Chinese cuisine.

Salary: €36,605 per annum  
Working hours: 39 hours per week
