Responsibilities • Support the Maintenance Team to complete all water and gas works across company-managed commercial and residential properties • Read and interpret blueprints to assess and plan plumbing installations and layouts • Install, maintain, repair, inspect, and test plumbing systems, fixtures, and household appliances in compliance with Irish standards • Communicate regularly with the Estate Manager, Maintenance Team, and Property Managers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues • Identify, troubleshoot, and report preventative maintenance and utilities system issues, including responding to emergency call-outs when required. • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, including Health & Safety, Lone Worker Policy, Safe Driving for Work handbook, and Employee Handbook. Required One-year approved Diploma in Plumbing. Minimum 4-5 year experience required.
