DS & SS Restaurants LTD is seeking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their management team. The successful candidate will need to have the skills to provide a hands on approach to the role and will implement procedures effectively and efficiently within a fast-paced environment. 

€ 36605 + per year 

Responsibilities 
Overseeing daily operations
Enhancing employee productivity and professional development.
Managing recruitment and training new employees
Ensuring all staff complies with health and safety regulations
Providing upper management with regular reports.
Design and deliver training on a daily basis. 

Requirements 3 + years management experience in employee relations, front office, HR/training Effective stakeholder management and relationship building Retail or hospitality experience
