Job Title: Graphic Designer Employer: Alternative Experiences Location: 3 Queen St, Smithfield, Dublin 7, D07 K577 Salary: €36,605 p.a. Hours: 39 hrs p/w Key Responsibilities Design and produce visual assets including branding materials, illustrations, posters, merchandise, and digital content. Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across web, social media, print, and physical experiences. Create engaging visual content for social media campaigns, websites, and digital storytelling. Prepare production-ready artwork for printing, embroidery, and merchandise applications where required. Collaborate with marketing, events, and creative teams to translate concepts into strong visual outputs. Support event visuals, signage, and promotional materials linked to tours and cultural experiences. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Contribute creative ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. Maintain organised digital asset libraries and version control systems. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum 1 year’s professional experience in graphic design or digital media is desirable. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience creating digital-first content for social media and web platforms. Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual composition. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary creative environments. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in cultural, tourism, creative, or events-based organisations is highly desirable.
