Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise-scale warehouse management solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who combines deep functional expertise with solution ownership, stakeholder leadership, and strategic decision-making across complex SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

You will play a key role in end-to-end SAP EWM programs, acting as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders while ensuring best-practice, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Act as senior functional lead for SAP EWM across large transformation programsOwn end-to-end delivery of SAP EWM solutions, including:Business blueprinting and solution architectureFunctional design and system configurationIntegration design with dependent SAP modulesCutover strategy and go-live executionDesign and implement advanced EWM capabilities, including:Inbound/outbound logistics optimizationInventory and stock management strategiesWarehouse structure, layout, and resource managementAdvanced picking, packing, staging, and labor management scenariosLead executive- and senior stakeholder workshops, translating complex logistics needs into robust SAP solutionsServe as subject matter expert for:SAP EWM on S/4HANA (Embedded and/or Decentralized)EWM integration with SAP TM, MM, PP, QM, SD, and other supply chain componentsOversee testing strategies (SIT, UAT), ensuring business readiness and solution qualityDrive post–go-live stabilization and continuous improvement, including performance tuning and process optimizationCoach and mentor mid-level and junior SAP consultants, contributing to capability growth and delivery excellenceSupport presales or solution design activities where required (solution estimation, scope definition, best-practice guidance)
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of SAP EWM experience, with deep functional expertiseProven delivery of multiple (3+) full lifecycle SAP EWM implementationsExtensive experience working with SAP S/4HANA environmentsStrong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics business processesDemonstrated ability to lead complex workshops and design decisions with senior business stakeholdersStrong integration knowledge with:SAP TMSAP MMSAP QMSAP PPExcellent communication skills, with the ability to operate at both technical and executive levelsComfortable working autonomously in remote or hybrid consulting models
Eligibility Requirement
Full Irish or EU nationality/citizenship requiredMust have full, unrestricted right to work in Ireland (visa sponsorship not available for this role)
Desirable (Nice to Have)
SAP certifications in SAP EWM or S/4HANA Supply ChainExperience leading WM to EWM migration pro
