	Supporting individuals with disabilities in residential settings
 About the Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality, person centred support. Your responsibilities will include:
	Promoting independence and daily living skills
	Supporting emotional, social, and behavioural needs
	Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and psychologically supportive environment
	Contributing to the smooth day to day running of the service
	Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance the well being of service users

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
	Minimum Level 7 qualification Bachelor Degree  in Social Care or Social Education or Psychology 
	Strong understanding of person-centred care, keyworking, and safe-guarding practices.
	Experience and understanding of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
	Knowledge of HIQA policies, procedures, and Children’s First guide-lines.
	Full, clean manual driving licence.
