We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to support the growth and expansion of our restaurant business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, increasing revenue, and strengthening our brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships, catering contracts, and corporate clients Drive sales growth by promoting restaurant services, events, and group bookings Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase footfall and revenue Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity within the restaurant and hospitality sector Organise and promote events, special offers, and promotions to attract new customers Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with corporate clients and third-party partners Work closely with the restaurant management team to align business development strategies with operations Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards Requirements Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or hospitality management Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is highly desirable Proven ability to increase revenue and achieve sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of the Irish hospitality market Fluent in English (spoken and written) Working Hours 39 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as required Pay: €36,605.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Food allowance Work Location: In person
