Cavan A82 XN84 About the Role Raymond Drury t/a Raymond Drury Crash Repairs is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and repairing metal components and structures to a high standard, ensuring quality workmanship and safe working practices at all times. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components from technical drawings and specifications Carry out MIG, TIG, and arc welding as required Cut, shape, and prepare metal materials using specialist tools and equipment Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met Repair and modify metal components where necessary Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition Work efficiently to meet production deadlines Maintain a clean and safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members and management Requirements: Previous experience as a Welder / Fabricator Strong knowledge of fabrication and welding techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience using welding and fabrication tools and machinery safely Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management skills Relevant qualifications or welding certifications (preferred but not essential) Full driving licence (preferred) What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Modern workshop and equipment Opportunities for training and career progression
