IAM by ECS is the largest air cargo General Sales Agent (GSA) in Ireland, representing a portfolio of major international airlines including American Airlines (AA), Air Canada (AC), Etihad Airways (EY), All Nippon Airways (NH), Nippon Cargo Airlines (KZ), and China Airlines (CI). IAM by ECS is part of the global ECS Group of Companies.
We are currently seeking a full-time Air Cargo Logistics Coordinator to be based in at our offices in central Dublin. The successful candidate will work closely with key air cargo trucking suppliers, air cargo freight forwarders, and international airline offices to ensure efficient cargo operations and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
•	Marketing and research (logistics)
•	Analysing market data and CASS statistics for the sales team
•	Support and coordinate daily air cargo loads and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
•	Plan and manage air cargo export flight loads
•	Provide support for all airlines within the IAM portfolio via phone and email
•	Coordinate with freight forwarders and airline offices on operational issues
•	Ensure compliance with airline procedures and cargo regulations

Qualifications & Experience
•	Full, valid working visa for the Republic of Ireland
•	Fluent in spoken and written English
•	Leaving Certificate qualification (or equivalent)
•	Level 9 third level qualification
•	Relevant PC skills, including all Microsoft Products
•	Minimum three years experience in the air cargo sector
•	Should be familiar with pharma logistics, temperature control and DG transport.
•	Strong analytical and numeracy skills
•	Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team 
•	Knowledge and experience of airline cargo reservation, booking and billing systems
