Job Description
First Year Apprentice Vacancy
Harold Engineering Ltd require an apprentice MAMF to train as a Field Service Engineer with focus on compressed air & garage equipment division: the role will comprise of service and maintenance calls to a large existing customer base in Dublin and the surrounding counties.

The role is open to first year apprentices.

In your role as apprentice you will:

• Gain knowledge, experience and support while learning to install, maintain and repair compressed air plant, Garage Equipment and ancillary equipment within customer sites while working alongside qualified and competent persons.
• Learn how to carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules
• Deal with reactive maintenance calls as required and learn valuable on the job experience.
• Learn how to Identify and implement PM improvements on equipment
• become familiar with the process of Maintaining computerised and manual records/reports and liaise with service department personnel / suppliers and customers alike

Requirements:
• Experience in an MAMF role would be beneficial
• Basic Electrical Experience would be beneficial
• Hands on approach to solving problems, learning on the job is a must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Be flexible in terms of operational requirements and customer demands be willing to travel to other sites as part of reactive maintenance
• Be prepared to work flexible patterns as and when required by reactive maintenance schedule
