Job Title: Senior Multi-Skilled Construction Worker / Residential Extensions & Renovations Location: Cork, Ireland Company: C&Y Renovations Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (subject to probation) Working Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: Competitive salary depending on proven experience and skills. Indicative equivalent range: approximately €25–€35 net per hour for the right candidate. About Us: C&Y Renovations is a growing residential renovation company based in Cork, Ireland, specialising in full home renovations, extensions, bathrooms, kitchens and structural residential works. We are looking for a highly experienced and reliable senior construction worker / multi-skilled builder with REAL hands-on experience in residential construction and house extensions. Key Responsibilities: * Construction of residential house extensions * Blockwork / masonry * Foundations, concrete works and floor slabs * Structural openings and installation of lintels * General renovation works * Drylining / plasterboard installation * Tiling and finishing works * Bathroom and kitchen renovation works * Reading construction drawings (strong advantage) * Problem solving and working independently on site Candidate Profile: We are NOT looking for general labourers. The ideal candidate will have: * Strong proven experience in residential construction * Experience with full renovations and extensions * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Good practical problem-solving skills * Strong work ethic and reliability * Full driving licence preferred * Spanish language is an advantage as the existing team is Spanish-speaking What We Offer: * Full-time stable employment in Ireland * Competitive salary based on real ability and proven experience * Paid annual leave * Public holidays * Temporary accommodation support may be available to assist relocation * Assistance with PPS number, bank setup and relocation administration * Opportunity to grow with a developing construction company Important: Applicants must provide evidence of relevant experience.
