Job description: We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to cater for Residents in the Nursing Home. Hours are 8am to 6pm. Experience of Food Preparation: Complete Knowledge of food allergens Compliance with the EHO regulations Baking skills and cooking skills Managing the food costs Awareness and experience in regard to HIQA requirements Awareness of H&S Risks Qualifications Required: Minimum one year experience (Preferably Nursing home setting)HACCP Skills Required: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Team player Can use own initiative Excellent presentation and culinary skills You will be required to cover shifts at the following Locations Locations of Employment: Mount Cara Nursing Home, Redemption Road, Blackpool, Cork Corpus Christi Nursing Home, Mitchelstown, Co.
