Main Function: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and safety of all machinery, equipment, and facilities at Sunvolt Limited. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and collaboration with production teams to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities -Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance. -Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in equipment. -Perform timely repairs and replacements of defective parts to minimise production downtime. -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities. -Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machinery efficiency. -Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades. -Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions. -Suggest improvements to reduce equipment failure, enhance safety, and improve efficiency 40 hours per week €45000.00 annual
