YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Quantitative Market Researcher, you will manage complex studies from end to end and play a central role in developing our healthcare offer.
You will be the key point of contact for our clients and a methodological pillar for the team.
→ Design and lead large-scale quantitative studies (patient surveys, healthcare professionals, B2B/B2C panels)
→ Develop questionnaires, sampling plans and analysis protocols tailored to healthcare challenges
→ Oversee statistical processing and ensure the quality of deliverables
→ Translate data into actionable strategic recommendations for clients
→ Contribute to business development: responding to tenders, client presentations, upselling
→ Coach and upskill junior team members

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
→ Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantitative research, ideally within an institute
→ Sector expertise in healthcare and pharmaceuticals
→ Proficiency in statistical tools: SPSS, R, or equivalent, and of course AI
→ Strong skills in questionnaire design and multivariate analysis
→ French or another language would be a plus
→ Strong interpersonal skills and client-oriented mindset
→ Autonomy, rigour and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
