This Work Placement Experience Programme provides Participants with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience, learning and training while on the programme. This programme is for jobseekers who are in receipt of qualifying social welfare payments and those transferring from a social welfare scheme or an ETB Training Allowance. Your eligibility for this programme will be verified by the Department as part of the application process. 


The role offers an exciting opportunity to explore the role of a graphic design assistant in a supportive and creative environment.  Participants will gain hands-on/practical experience while learning from an experienced design team.

The successful participant will gain experience in, and will be trained in the following:

•	The creation of content for both digital and print platforms
•	Supporting the Design & Marketing team with ongoing projects in graphic design
•	Adapting designs across different platforms and formats
•	Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development
•	Making revisions based on feedback and project requirements

Through this experience, the participant will:

•	Gain confidence in receiving and applying feedback
•	Develop practical experience in managing tasks and working to project timelines
•	Build awareness of how designs are created for both print and digital spaces
•	Gain exposure to a professional creative workflow
