We are seeking a versatile Manager to manage our entire facility, including the staff, gym, community centre, and AstroTurf pitch. This role is funded by the Pobal CSP programme, and the successful candidate will ensure full operational compliance while driving community engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Fitness Instruction: Deliver high-quality fitness classes, personal training, and children's activities to the community.
Site Management: Oversee all activities across the community centre site, including the AstroTurf facility.
Staff Management: Manage staff to ensure optimal floor coverage and class scheduling.
Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service to the community.
Marketing & Sales: Responsible for all marketing initiatives and the organisation of events to increase facility usage.
Finance: Accountable for the overall income and expenditure of the centre, providing regular financial reports and projections to the Board of Directors.
Maintenance/Health & Safety: Act as the primary person responsible for the safety of staff and visitors, including the oversight of the Caretaker regarding site maintenance and safety tasks.
Reporting: Liaise directly with the Board/Committee and Pobal to ensure full program compliance.

Requirements
Qualifications: Must hold a recognised Gym Instructor Qualification and be qualified to lead group classes.
Certification: A valid First Aid and AED Certificate is essential (ability to obtain).
Experience: Proven background in health and fitness management and staff supervision.
Compliance: Ability to quickly become familiar with Pobal CSP policies and procedures.
