● Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, managing daily workflows, timelines, and site deliverables. ● Coordinate, schedule, and supervise on-site trade workers, carpenters, plumbers, and material suppliers. ● Review structural blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications to plan labor requirements. ● Monitor on-site health and safety compliance, ensuring strict adherence to HSA guidelines, Safe Pass regulations, and Irish Building Regulations. ● Manage project resource allocation, materials procurement, and equipment scheduling to prevent delays. ● Provide regular progress reports to owners and manage communication with clients.
