Hive Salon, is recruiting a full-time Marketing Executive to support the company’s commercial growth through marketing strategies, market analysis and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

•	Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer behaviour analysis to support strategic decisions and commercial growth.

•	Develop, implement and analyse marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, brand positioning and commercial performance.

•	Monitor KPIs, performance metrics and campaign ROI, preparing analytical reports and optimisation strategies.

•	Develop marketing strategies based on audience segmentation, market positioning and data analysis.

•	Lead marketing initiatives with external partners, digital platforms and advertising suppliers, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives.

•	Use analytics and performance marketing tools to assess campaign results, conversion rates and growth opportunities.

•	Identify new business opportunities through qualitative and quantitative market research.

Requirements

•	Previous experience in marketing, market analysis or a related field.

•	Experience with metrics, analytics and strategic marketing planning.

•	Analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Annual Salary: €36,605
