The key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
-Cut, trim and prepare meat to meet specifications
-Packing and preparing meat
-Packing, palletizing and dispatching product
-Receiving and unloading materials
-Managing production targets

A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a skilled butchers/boners role essential Remuneration is €36,605 per annum based on a 39 hour week
