Matthew & Son Café Limited is looking for a full-time Human Resources Analyst. Responsible for undertaking research into pay differentials, productivity and efficiency bonuses; assisting with negotiations between management and employees concerning pay and conditions of employment; proactively arranging interviews; ensuring all workers have signed contracts and are aware and comply with company and statutory requirements.

Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in the field; demonstrate a working knowledge of typical HR shared services and programs.
