Machine Operatives Wanted in Donegal (Accommodation Available) OC Recruitment is hiring Machine Operatives on behalf of our client, a well-established factory in Donegal. With accommodation on offer, this is a great opportunity to take on a stable role in one of Ireland's most scenic corners. The Role You'll be working as a General Operative in a busy production environment, operating machinery, keeping lines running smoothly, and playing a key part in what our client makes every day. Full training is provided, so previous factory experience is a bonus rather than a must. The right attitude is what counts. What's on offer: €14.50 per hour base pay Premium rates for weekends, night shifts, and overtime Full on-the-job training A stable role with a well-established employer Accommodation Available: Individual room in shared house accommodation in a company-owned house just 5 minutes from the factory, available at €110 per week plus a share of utility bills What our client is looking for: Reliable, punctual, and ready to graft Willing to work shifts, including nights A team player with a good attitude Must have the right to work in Ireland (work permits are not on offer for this role)
