We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Industrial Cleaner to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning.

What you'll do
Have full knowledge of all areas which are to be cleaned and sanitised in the course of duty;
Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards following client site specific SOP’S and procedures;
Maintain and complete PM and CM on the client site within timely manner;
Completion of external and internal glass on the annually and also external cladding
Power washing and external grounds on the month to month bases
Maintain good standards in Service Chases/ plantrooms and penthouses on the client site;
Report any safety hazards or inappropriate compromises to the line Manager e.g. locked fire door, lifting flooring, lights not working etc.;
Ensure that the specified safety signage is used at all times, e.g. wet floor signs and warn or advise customers where possible;
Provide cover in other areas in times of sickness and holidays;
Document completion of duties by completing forms, reports, logs, and electronic records and complete all required documentation accurately and legibly.
What you'll bring
Experience in a pharmaceutical environment
Previous experience as an inductrial cleaner
Excellent communication skills
