Experienced Addiction Nurse / Psychiatric Nurse | Community-Based Role | Dublin 1

Salary: €46,226 (aligned to experience)
Hours: 35 hours | Monday–Friday
  
This Work Requires More Than Clinical Skill
This role is for nurses who understand that addiction is complex, recovery is non-linear, and trust is built over time.

You’ll join a community-based multidisciplinary team, working with individuals experiencing addiction, mental health challenges and homelessness.

This is frontline, relationship-based care, delivered in homes, on the street and within the community.
  
What You’ll Do

Provide specialist addiction nursing care in real-world settings
Deliver harm reduction and overdose response interventions
Support individuals with dual diagnosis needs
Manage wound care, BBVs and long-term health conditions
Carry out domiciliary visits and outreach work
Work collaboratively with health, housing and social care services
