	Assist and advise customers via telephone, online and face to face.
	Ensure parts are efficiently pre-picked and distributed to customers at the beginning of each day.
	Process orders from customers.
	Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
	Ensure that parts issued are charged and correctly picked.
	Communicate with the customers pricing and delivery times.
	Assist in stock ordering.
	Correctly account for all parts received and ensure that they are stored in appropriate bin locations.
	Comply with health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
	Minimum 3-5 year’s experience working as Senior Parts Advisor in a busy Parts department, Dealer or Motor factor Experience.
	Possess a good knowledge of motor vehicles and a have a technical background with the ability to interpret a complex parts catalogue.
	Have the ability to work alone or in cooperation with other team members to deliver excellent customer service.
	Be computer literate and follow processes in accordance with the Company Management system (full training will be given).
	Be Punctual and show initiative while demonstrating a strong work ethic.
	Be confident enough to mentor and coach junior team members.
	Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude.
	Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage a busy workload.
