Softworks Limited requires a Technical Customer Success Manager to join the team based in Bray, Ireland. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation and configuration of software solutions, investigating and resolving customer technical issues, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, system adoption, and ongoing platform optimisation. The salary range is €45,000 per annum. The standard working week is 37.5 hours.
