Chef de Partie required by JW Savory Cafe Ltd. trading as The Savoury Cafe, 6 Upper George's Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. A96 T860

At least 2 yrs experience in a busy Asian restaurant or similar chef de partie role.
Responsible for managing the production of food and food safety and hygiene.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as needed.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Fluency in Chinese and English.
Min salary €36,605 p.a. 39 hours per week.
