Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and customer-oriented Kitchen Assistant / Deli Assistants / Customer Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality food, assist customers with their orders, and ensure our deli and dining areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:
•	Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, provide recommendations, and handle orders promptly and accurately.
•	Food Preparation: Prepare, slice, and assemble deli items (e.g., sandwiches, salads, hot meals) in accordance with menu specifications.
•	Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean workspace, including sanitizing counters, slicers, and utensils.
•	Stock & Inventory: Monitor stock levels, rotate products, check expiration dates, and assist with deliveries and restocking.
•	Till Operation: Process cash and card payments accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system (if applicable).
•	Waste Management: Assist in minimizing food waste through proper portion control and inventory rotation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
•	Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, deli, or fresh food retail environment is desirable.
•	Certifications: HACCP or basic food safety training is a requirement for all staff.
•	Skills: Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•	Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, bank holidays, and varying shifts.
